The crew is attacked by terrifying monsters, and only three people survive, including an engineer named Isaac Clarke. To survive, he must fix the ship\u2019s damaged systems and discover the truth behind the events. Dead Space is a third-person sci-fi shooter with elements of survival horror. Players control Isaac, fighting reanimated corpses called Necromorphs. This combat is related to strategic dismemberment with mining tools.
